Where can I find Lulo’s manual?

How many hours will Lulo last for?

⏲️ Lulo turns off automatically every two hours

🔋 Battery will last up to 48 hrs until it's time to recharge

💡 🎶 Keep the light & music on with Lulo while is charging, all night until you switch it off.

How do I know Lulo is fully charged?

When you charge Lulo there will be two light indicators. 

🔴 Red: Needs charging 

💚 Green: Fully charged 

Lulo needs 1-2 Hrs to be fully charge.

*Note: Ensure to fully charge before start using Lulo.

Can I connect Lulo with my phone?

📵 Lulo does not need to connect with your phone. Lulo is works anywhere with No Internet, no Bluetooth, and

no harmful radio waves.


What shipping methods are available?

🚚 📦 🌎 We offer standard shipping for all orders worldwide.

🇦🇺 Australia between 7 to 10 working days.

🌎 Rest of the world 8 to 15 working days. 

Important: Kalm can’t ship to non-residential locations, like PO Boxes, mail forwarding service addresses, or military addresses.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place an order with us, this is what happens! 

Processing: First, our team prepares and packs your order from Monday to Friday! 

🕙 Orders placed before 12pm will be fulfilled on the same day. 

🕚 Orders placed after 12pm will be fulfilled the next working day.


Shipping: Once it's ready to go, we ship your order and send you a shipping confirmation email including tracking details. 

⚠️ It’s taking us a little longer to process your order because we’re experiencing high order volumes and are working with reduced team members to better protect health and safety. 

Our shipping partners are also experiencing some delays, depending on where packages are being shipped. 

🇦🇺 Australia between 7 to 10 working days.

🌎 Rest of the world 8 to 15 working days. 

Do you ship internationally?

🐨 Wherever you are we will get Lulo there for you.

Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be required to pay import taxes upon receipt.


How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be send to your email once Lulo is shipped to you.

Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

If you would like to make a change please let us know 24 hours after you place the order via email at help@kalmbaby.com.

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving Lulo to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@kalmbaby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
